MASTER CLASS ENDO
Â
Endodontic training built for real clinical implementation
Â
Small-group and one-on-one. Focused, practical, and designed for your practice.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone
Â
You refer out cases you could be doing, but don’t feel confident enough
You start cases that become more complex than expected
Endo feels unpredictable, stressful, or inefficient
You’ve taken continuing education before, but it didn’t translate into real change
Most dentists don’t struggle with learning endodontics.
They struggle with using it consistently in their own practice.
About Master Class Endo
Â
Master Class Endo came from a simple observation.
Dentists take continuing education courses to improve their skills, but many never fully integrate what they learn into day-to-day practice.
I’ve seen this repeatedly with colleagues, and I’ve experienced it myself.
After taking a hands-on surgical course early in my career, I returned to my office with new knowledge but found that translating it into real clinical practice wasn’t straightforward. Without consistent application, even good training fades quickly.
That experience shaped how I think about education.
Master Class Endo is designed to close the gap between learning and doing.
The focus is on practical application, real clinical settings, and helping you build a workflow you can actually use in your own practice.
Training is small-group or one-on-one, and adapted to your current level so what you learn is relevant, usable, and sustainable.
About Dr. Paula Elmi
Â
I’m a board-certified endodontist trained at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Â
I’ve spent years refining both my clinical work and how I teach it in a way that actually translates into real-world practice.
Â
In addition to my clinical training, I’ve studied coaching and communication extensively. That background shapes how I teach. I pay attention not just to technique, but to how dentists think through cases, where things break down, and how to build systems that work in their own practice.
Â
I’ve had the opportunity to speak at professional meetings, including the American Association of Endodontists Annual Session and the California Dental Association Leadership Conference. I’m also a registered continuing education provider with the Dental Board of California.
What Working Together Looks Like
Â
Pre-Training Preparation
We review your current cases and identify which ones you should be keeping in your practice. This creates clarity before any hands-on training begins.
Hands-On Training
Small-group or one-on-one instruction focused on real clinical application. You learn techniques in a way that translates directly into your workflow.
Implementation + Support
You don’t leave with information alone. You leave with a clear path forward and support as you begin applying what you’ve learned.
Who Is This For
Â
This training is designed for dentists who want to confidently perform select endodontic cases in their own practice.
You don’t need to do everything. You don’t need to take on complex cases you’re not ready for.
The goal is clarity. Confidence. And building a system that works consistently in your real clinical environment.
From Dentists Who've Trained With Me
Â
These are dentists who didn't just take a course. They changed how they practice.
Gretchen Gadwood, DDS
The personalized approach was like no other course I’ve taken. It reinforced strong habits and gave me a clear, systematic way to approach endo. There was even a sense of enjoyment in it.
Mindy Garfinkle, DDS
Working with Paula made a huge difference in both my diagnostic thinking and clinical skills. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and actually learning. I know I’m a better clinician because of it.
Navreet Kamdar, DMD
This was one of the most practical courses I’ve taken. The hands-on training and individual feedback helped me feel much more confident taking on cases I used to refer out.
